Probably the best Resident Evil game made to date. Gamespot's review team is wrong yet again.

User Rating: 9.5 | Resident Evil Outbreak File #2 PS2
The game may be no longer online in America, but it is still loads of fun.
More of an expansion pack then a full-blown sequal, it offers 5 story scenarios just like in the first game, with tons of extras such as 3 boss rush modes and 3 minigames called "Eliminations", if you like the game you just may never stop playing.
The same eight characters from the first game return and the gameplay is even better this time around. Each and every character has recieved some type of upgrade as well, I guess to compensate for the enemies being stronger and faster.
File 2 also has even more replay value then the first. The main story will take less then 5 hours to beat your first time through, but you won't be able to resist going back through to get more endings, uncover more secrets, or just to get more points to get the unlockables.
Don't believe anyone who says this game is bad, while, like the first game, the story may be a bit confusing as to who went through what scenarios, you just need to theorize it for yourself.
Just make sure you played the first outbreak before getting this because this game just throws you into it without letting you know how the Raccoon City outbreak started or anything like that.
If you are a true RE fan, and not just one of those RE4 newbies, you should love this game. Buy it.
