A solid RE5 gameplay engine, with nostalgia, more shock and a raised difficulty.
Chris and Jill investigate the Spencer mansion, to annihilate the further danger of bio-created infections. Although something stops them.
There is seriously not much to say about this chapter besides that even though it's short, and worth 500MG from xbox LIVE, it is worth the download. In point form the advantages and disadvantages are;
. Nostalgia brings back the memories of both resident evil 0 and 1, only modified with RE5 gameplay.
. Surprisingly difficult, from the lack of weapons and ammunition, to the difficulty of the newly introduced enemy to take down, one part of the chapter which makes it intense and difficult to continue.
Advantages:
. Flexibility of difficulty, I mean by choosing the difficulty the game becomes more scarier, freightning and much more intense. Professional is suicide lol.
. Last part of the chapter is really fun and challanging with a bit of an action scene.
. Nostalgic, similar environment to RE1 and RE0, an easter egg (investigating the door you came in from at the very beginning of the chapter 3 times you will get the classic gameplay) giving more nostalgia.
. 5 Bonus Acheivements, A figurine (when finishing the chapter) and 2 Mercaneries Reunion Characters are included also when downloading this episode.
. Points, shooting/knifing emblem lookalike medals will get you more points for the leaderboards. Achievement is awarded for collecting all the big main ones.
. Leaderboards, allowing you to compare to the rest of the world though VERYY competitive.
Negatives:
. Wayyy too short
. Difficulty can get to your nerves, especially when trying to get an S Rank.
. Not much story telling, and a lot files to read, which are pretty pointless since you don't want to read pages and pages filled with words, I'd rather listen to voice acting.
. I would of liked more action scenes.
Good enjoyable play, but not the best.
Now waiting for Desperate Escape.. now THAT'S hopefully gonna be awesome!!!
