Quite a guilty pleasure , but sometimes I want a game where you just go around blowing up / killing stuff. Definitely one of the best download only games I've ever purchased. Although some of the characters are definitely superior in their upgrades, it adds to the replay ability to go through all six and maximize them to their fullest. All six (with DLC) require a different strategy to boost your skill scores and to defeat what can be very ominous bosses. Weapons are very satisfying as you upgrade, and the boosts to character abilities with the option to choose 4 as you max them up make playing very rewarding. Once you figure out the 'tell' of the mini/major bosses, it can get a little stale, but by utilizing the other characters abilities, that becomes much more fun. The story-line is a little light , but the anime-type cut-scenes add depth and fun. AI is great, the enemy is trying their best to kick your azz, and it shows. Final boss battles are brutal and bring the pain, just like you want it.
