I really like it!
But this game is really fun, if your graphics card and cpu can handle it that is. I have a high end upper tier system and I am playing it maxed out with 8x AA. Its not running flawlessly, but it is running nicely with a stutter here and stutter there.
There is alot of gameplay here not sure how many hours you would sink into this game including all the side missions but there is alot of value especially for 40 dollars on steam. The enemies do just keep respawning most of the time which I find is a flaw with this game... it kind of just forces you to run or just let them kill you. Letting them kill you doesnt cause much of a penalty just puts you back to a safe house armed to the teeth once again. The destructable environment is kick ass, the graphics are beautiful, and I just really like the atmosphere this game offers. The controls are good with Mouse and Keyboard barring the vehicles. I find using the 360 controller is a much better choice when driving or using tanks. (especially tanks) Sound is good exept for some reason I couldnt get 5.1 working so I opted for 2.1 which is fine for games most of the time. Over all fun factor is a 10 and I am not easily hooked lately on games but this particular one has me by the you know what. You should definatly check it out.
