Short review with what I would want to know
Same engine and controls as GTA 4 with many ameliorations like an easier and fastest way to change weapons or the abilty to hold X to follow a target which makes it alot easyer to shoot what you're chasing + the new slowing time thing that fit perfectly with the gameplay and western theme.Weapons are absolutely awesome even or especially the gatling guns and cannons
The world is vast, epic and alive with animals, random events and so many cool stuff.I mean peoples are really living in this game.Vendors open and close their shops or some guy will start to play piano in the saloon and then leave to do something else.You can say hi to people and they reply.
Graphics are great, there's some minor bugs here and there but you'll spend more time noticing all the great stuff the game as to offer.
Online gameplay is great too specially for this type of game.The game has numerous modes including coop and an open world free roaming mode.You can do alot of lvl up and unlock many skins, mounts and titles.Its easy to find and play with friends even in private modes.
You can be sure to play a good 35 - 40 hours only in solo mode and since the story is like a good western movie you'll probably want to do the story more than once and try the bad side although its not such a big deal.There's alot of achievments to get 100% + numerous trophies.
The only negative points I can find is that the game in solo mode is a bit too easy especially if you're a veteran of this type of game.This game would be easy even without the ability to slow time.What makes it easier than GTA though is the fact that they improved many controls issues and its a good thing cause having a hard time because the controls dont work isnt an enjoyable difficulty.
Also there's alot great weapons that you can only unlock late in the game, its not so bad the first time but if you play a second time its sad having to play 20 hours to get your favorite gun.This game really needed difficulty levels and a way to replay with all your previous guns.
Still one of the best of its kind.Exactly what you would expect from the team who give us GTA, always breaking barriers.
