Great game. One of the best rayman games!
This is a game that really shows how rayman shines.
It stays true to it's rayman 2 roots and adds a few twists that make it interesting. The graphics are improved and they look pretty good such as the ripples when you walk in water. The sound is also great like the other rayman games as well and it doesn't get tiresome. The voice acting is done well, and Glowbox has some funny lines when you beat him up with your fist. Murphy is also done well and has a personality (something lacking in rayman 2.. but then again he just gave hints and stuff so i don't blame them).
Like rayman 2 you still run around 3d environments beating up enemies however your fists are now more of a mix between rayman 1 and 2. You can still throw multiple punches but not as fast. The punch effect also looks like a fist again but is surrounded by a blue beam or gold if you charge it up. Unlike rayman 2 though you can curve your punches to hit enemies from the side or hit switches and this feature is used more than once. In fact regular non charged attacks at some enemies front won't do any damage unless you curve it. There also cans which you can pick up and give you limited special abilities for a short time until you pick the can up again. One gives you a chain that allows you to swing onto hooks (kind of like swinging on purple lums). Other include a super fist, a rocket, and other things.
Finally there are jewels around that you can collect and every time you collect one you get points. If you collect more in a certain time your score multiplies like instead of getting 100 points you would get 100 points and if you got another jewel, you would get 100 points + 100 underneath. keep on collecting more and more and that number grows. If you wait to long though. the multiplier disappears and it gets added to your score. This adds some replay value for people who want to improve there scores.
Add a couple of unlockable minigames, screenshots and videos and there you have it.
This game is definitely worth a buy. Don't miss out!
