As you start the game you find yourself in the galaxy of Gadgetron again. There are many new weapons you can get. Along with a few from Megacorp if you visit Slim. There are different advances that previous games didn't. One example of this is the max out ammo option in vendors. Instead of going through and buying all ammo individually, you can just select it and there isn't any added cost. There are also more weapon levels. Once you get the maximum level on a weapon, if you select challenge mode when you beat the game, you can buy mega upgrades. The health in this game is a bit more plain and easier to remember. All it is is just numbers. There are still nanotech balls scattered in the levels and it feels like there are more spread around the planets. When you do get the best weapon, it doesn't completely make the game easier because unlike in the old games it doesn't kill the final boss easily or quickly. If you have previous Ratchet and Clank saved data then you can get different discounts. There is also the First-Person Mode option and you can change it whenever you want to. Unlike the old games where you have to beat the game to get FPS mode, you can switch it on or off whenever you want. This is a great game for anyone who wants a great shooter.
