Graphics - 10/10
The graphics kick ass. It doesn't kick ass like FFX kicks ass, it's more of a subtle ass kicking. The sprites are like the sprites from Final Fantasy Tactics, which is a good thing, in my books any way. I still think these old fashioned sprites are better than all these polygonal ones that are popping up. Everything's about polygons these days...
The backgrounds are very nice, especially the water. Look at it shimmer! Pretty...
Audio - 10/10
Beautiful sound. The tracks for the background music rock. I'd like to commend whoever composed these tracks. Real works of art. The sound effects are nice too. All the critters make sounds which is great for tracking them down. If there's a poring to your right, the right speaker will be louder than the left so you'll know where to find it.
Story - N/A
As far as I can tell, there is no story. I haven't done any side quests yet, so I can't really comment on those.
Gameplay - 9/10
Ragnarok Online plays like Secret of Mana minus the story but plus all that comes with an MMORPG. You get the friendly people and the powergamers, looters and kill stealers but it's still fun as hell. It's great when you get together with others to kick some Golem ass. The only reasons I didn't give it a 10 is because of the slips in english. Since the developers are Korean, the english is poor on certain parts. Sometimes to the extent that you can't understand it. It's not too big of a problem though, most of the stuff is self explanatory any way. The other reason is because of lag. We all hate lag. Lag sucks but it's a fact of life. They currently only have one english server and about 5000 players on at one time. What pisses me off is that you find players that can't speak english on the server, shouldn't they be in their own servers?
Replay Value - 10/10
As addictive as crack. I've already turned in four major assignments in late this past week because of time lost on RO. Fear. Once you get hooked, you'll never want to leave and you'll scream every time you can't connect.
