Certainly German...
You enjoy a true racing simulator, true as in very very realistic with driving control.
You like a very limited number of German GT3 style cars. RUF, BMW, can't remember the rest.
You don't mind a game with a rather shoddy finish to it, for example. Flags waving beside people but not connected. Or still drawn lakes. Or trees with no real connection to the ground
Basically nice visuals, track etc. But the little things like mentioned just seem a little PS1.
You won't enjoy it if....
You like more classes of car types, rather than super modded, high performance cars.
You enjoy the company of other drivers, AI or real.
You like to customize. Tuning, engine upgrades.
All in all...
The UI is nice, different but nice. Browser integration with out of game profiles is cool.
As a full on true, pure, dedicated racing sim it works well.
Performance is good.
Personally I think this game is a fail, it won't sell like they want, the company will probably need to give up its online service and you money and time will be lost. Its happened many times and will again. Particularly with Project Cars eventually coming out.
I've given this game a go, and suggest you do to. But it's too full on for me, it's not for enthusiasts. It's for specialists, who really really love the 12 or so cars available. Other than the 4 free, one being concept haha.
