Intricate, strategic, and inovative, Puzzle Quest on a whole new level.
Like Puzzle Quest: CoW, you will be playing an elaborate game of Bejeweled matching gems and symbols for control of the board, and ultimately to defeat your enemies. In this new version however, gems no longer drop from the top to fill in space, they come in from all 6 sides depending on how you moved your gems to make a match up of three.
The story line has been taken out of the past, away from the barbarians of the old days, and re-envisioned as a space odyssey with you as a rookie college graduate of the flight academy learning the ropes of the real world, or space as it seems. Along your encounter you will come across pirates, aliens, and mega corporations bent on controlling this sector of the universe.
Ultimately, you will make and break alliances with these factions repeatedly, trying to stay one step ahead of your enemies as you level up you charter, and upgrade your space ship fror both attack and defense.
It is a great game for 5 minutes at a time, or for longer extended play.
Give it a try, but don't cry if you get beat a few times.
