Puzzle Quest in space, from all sides

Galactrix...sounds like an alien dominatrix but it's really a puzzle game. :) The game itself was well made, and they tried to implement some variety by allowing the puzzle to move along with the direction you moved your pieces, but it's definitely the same concept as the first game. Story of course was lame, but what do you expect from a puzzle game. Everything that was innovative and new in the first just has a new paint job. My big complaint was that the purple gems served no purpose. I never once wanted to escape conflict with another space ship. Generally fun to play in spurts, my kids deleted my saved game when I was half way through and it was simply not worth it to replay it to the point I was at. Not a bad buy if you've never played the first puzzle quest, but not something you've got to experience.
