New Onimusha 3 trailer

TOKYO--Capcom has released a new trailer for Onimusha 3 as a bonus feature to Onimusha Blade Warriors.

Onimusha 3 is scheduled for release early next year in Japan. Like its predecessors, the game will follow Samanosuke, a 16th-century samurai, as he fights the demonic hordes of undead warlord Oda Nobunaga. Unlike its predecessors, much of the PS2-exclusive title will take place in 21st-century Paris and feature a detective voiced by and modeled after French actor Jean Reno.

The trailer features extensive gameplay footage of both Samanosuke and Jean Blanc, Reno's character. It also contains cut scenes of Paris being assaulted by hordes of winged demons and a fearsome boss who looks like a cross between the monster from Alien, a samurai, and a giant cobra.
