@Saketume My nerdy dream is that someone will make a kick-arse RPG / strategy game based on Frank Herbert's DUNE. That would be awesome. Oh, wait, they'll probably turn it into a first person cover based shooter. :-P

Another criminally mediocre game that could have been SO much better! With a sci-fi universe as rich and compelling as Star Trek, how can they get it so wrong? Thankyou for the review, anyway.

I think this is a great idea. Bring on the battle of Stalingrad! Or huge tank versus tank battles at Kursk, would really like to see that. Playing the Beta now, and loving it!

Saw the movie, and it does have some groan-worthy eye-rolling moments, but overall it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. One thing (amongst others) which does irk me is that the Germans are often portrayed in these kinda movies as bumbling fools who can't shoot to save their own lives, and frequently miss their targets, whereas the Allies (US & British tough guy in the movie) seem to be crack marksmen who rarely miss AND can take out a room full of Nazis with one spray of bullets. Also, in the 'extras', the producer (?) talks about a Tiger tank prop in the movie, but it obviously wasn't a tiger tank that was used. Minor points, to be sure.

Brothers in Arms was SO much better! Wait for this movie in the 'new to weekly' section of your DvD store if you are really keen to see it.

I'd rather they take their time to get it right, instead of releasing a half-arsed buggy mess. COH2 and Rome 2 (Total War), its gonna be an epic year for strategy gaming!
