@Digital_DJ_00 The developer specifically stated this is not meant to be Gran Turismo. So don't expect a simulation. One of the lead guys who made Project Gotham Racing ended up at their studio and will be more like PGR than GT.

I'm sorry "zircurto" but you don't have to send anywhere near $1500 on a pc to get way way way better graphics than any console. PC graphics even in the mid-range can already produce better graphics than new consoles. I spend $1000 on my computer about 2 years ago and I can still play all new PC games on High or Ultra High settings at 1280x1024 depending what game it is of course. And, I can see why you would say that most PC games suck if you just play WOW... but i'm not going to hold that against you since everyone and their mother has heard of the game and know how to spend hours and hours wasting time playing that garbage. My suggestion to you is to just stick with consoles games...

Honestly, I don't see enough of a performance difference at all to get excited about this. I have heard that gaming with a SSD on a desktop computer is a lot better, but apparantly on consoles it's just not worth it. By the time the prices on these go down (and when they have significant space on it and not just 60gb), then the next generation consoles will be out already. I already have a 160gb hard drive in my PS3 and am very happy with the space and how it performs. If you want to use a SSD, then use it for PC gaming, not for consoles gaming (until the next generation consoles come out anyway).

I had to sign in and comment on Trinity567. First things first, The 8800GTX has been out now for more than a year. Yeah... ATI has finally released a card that beats it's similarly priced Nvidia rival. And you know what? That mean nothing. Why you ask? Because this card has 2 GPUS, and has come out more than a year after the 8800GTX has. And what do you get for that wait? 7 FPS? That's nothing. ATI has been behind for the last 3 generations of cards. The 8800GTX being more than a year old performs very competitively with the X2. I mean think about it. With another GPU, you would expect SLi performance, but you don't get anywhere near that, and is very close to performance with a Nvidia card that has a single GPU, and has been out for more than a year. To me, ATI needs to improve their crappy drivers and that's all. Their cards were fast enough already, but they always lag behind with certain graphical limitations with either driver issues, or AA, and AF. Fact of the matter is, nobody has been waiting for this card. Anybody who wanted a top-end video card has already bought one considering how long the DX10 Nvidia cards have been out now for, so it's stupid to compare them and brag about dumb crap about how ATI has beat Nvidia. It's just not true. It took two GPUs, and more than a year to barely beat a card by 7 FPS that has one GPU and came out more than a year ago. Congrats to ATI, but the new Nvidia cards are overdue now, and once they roll out people are going to be selling this card to buy the next Nvidia behemoth.

Wait until the end of the year. I have two 8800GTXs in Sli, and I love it, but you should wait.

Thanks again Sony for not listening to the consumer, and not giving us two analog stick,s but giving us everything else we didn't need. Not that I would mind the more efficient battery, video out, thinner, and lighter design, but I just want two analog sticks. Is that so hard? There's plenty of room for it. sheesh
