How is a sunny place like Sao Paulo going to be Neo Noir?

@Giancarlo whats your opinion on the graphics? to me it looks like it actually got worse from E3 2011 (textures are very low rez)

daym,imagine the 6th gen of Pokemon for the 3DS!! the graphics will be amazing not to mention way more animations and an even larger world with much better textures!:D

eww no wayy i played halo reach they didn't look this bad...maybe its not in 720p........
