My K/D at its peak was around 3.2 (2.7-something now though), Can't remember the highest kill streak but I remember going 110-10 on Bog in headquarters once :D

The level cap advancement in Broken Steel was enough reason for me to get it, that plus it was amazing anyway. You could get Point Lookout (Or any of the other DLC) after Broken Steel and still have the enjoyment of leveling up while completing it as opposed to (If your already level 20) Going through without character advancement
The usual fluking a 1v4 on gears is always great. Have to say my finest would be in shadowrun, couldn't pick one out from the rest but i'm pretty sure I got a few neat kills in there :D
Perfect Dark Zero was my first, followed shortly by G.R.A.W, Both of which were great I thought Edit: And of course GUN which got me really into western's and such :D
