Since when is games like Lair, HS, Uncharted ... quality games ? Short 7 hour games are not console defining, they are jokes

Try real game like Halo 3, Gears, Mass Effect, Lost odyssey etc on 360 for quality, PS3 is only fillers for 2007-2008

How can you say this and then say gears is quality, it's just as short as all of those games, which was the only negative you could come up with. Lost Oddyseyy? 45 freaking hours of cutscenes and old ps1 era gameplay? Uhh noo thanks bud. I'll take Uncharted and Heavenly Sword over that any day.

The end result is is very average. And since BluRay is the cause of most of the PS3's problems, I'd say BR is far from next gen.

I really liked GeOW. In fact, I like it a lot more than the Halo franchise. But, I've read a lot of hate lately on GeOW, and seen a lot of doubt about GeOW 2. Very, very few lemmings doubted Halo 3 (although I think it is highly overrated). When GeOW first arrived, I remember nothing but praise from lemmings. Not so anymore. So, I have to wonder lemmings. Did you play GeOW just to fill some sort of empty void before Halo 3 arrived? Because I'm sure not seeing the hype with GeOW 2. GeOW sold really well, and I'm just not seeing much excitement for GeOW 2. However, even though Halo 2 had issues, people were excited about Halo 3. So, was GeOW just something to play to make the wait for Halo 3 a little less painful? Or were you genuinely interested in GeOW?

if GeOW sold really well how/why would anyone be faking about liking the game. if they didn't they wouldn't have brought it. there's no release date for 2 and we're not cows...we talk about how great our games are when they're actually out.

It seems lemmings are getting really desperate since '08 started now that the PS3 is gaining momentum month after month and soon will get its first "killer app" MGS4 next month. Lemmings are resorting to following false fanboy information websites and using any other ridiculous info they can muster up. When MGS4 receives an AAA (quote me on this), Lemmings wont have any more ammo to dish out.

Conclusion: Stop spreading lies and rumors, you only get owned...

the 360 has Gears, Too Human, Ninja Gaiden 2, amongst other well recieved titles...it looks like the ps3 is out of ammo after mgs4 not the 360.

Yes, Gears sold great in the US. But it did not kill the PS3, so it seems absurd to make the leap that Gears 2 would kill the PS3.

so how many game consoles have you had to have repaired in the first 3 years? Me 0 and Ive been playing since atari 2600 which still works BTW. Ya some failures will happen but at the rate 360's are crashing your post makes no sense to me whatsoever.
