Worthless DLCs? Such as what? The only DLC from them that was totally absurd was RE5's multiplayer.

GD1551

All of the Street Fighter costume packs that are already on the disc for starters

Those don't change the game in any shape or form other than aesthically, these are simply fanservice DLCs so I don't think it matters too much they are on the disc.

Perhaps... but at the prices they are put at it is a rip off.

Not to mention that at least the original SFIV costumes should have been made free in Super Street Fighter IV.

It's because capcom has all their big developers working on Dragon's Domga D:

Kenturoxx

Let's hope so

i kind of agree, i'm really pissed off about the "rumored" super marvel vs capcom 3 game because if their going to be releasing a second and better version of their fighting games, then whats the point in getting it at launch? that pisses me off.Chris_Williams

I normally don't have any problem with fighting game companies updating their games. I don't think Marvel needs an update at the moment though. Like BB Continuum Shift II and SSFIVAE it'll probably be pointless.

They've managed to disappoint at nearly every turnMystic-G

It's almost as if they're TRYING to make their entire fanbase hate them

On top of cancelling Mega Man Legends,

  • They cancelled Mega Man Universe
  • They DIDN'T cancel that crappy Korean Mega Man MMO
  • They ruined SSFIV's near perfect balance with crappy Yun Fighter IV: Arcade Edition
  • They ruined The RE 3DS game with its save system
  • They ruined Devil May Cry
  • They ruined Bionic Commando
  • They Closed Clover
  • They probably ruined some other game I can't remember on top of my head
  • Like Resident Evil as a whole
  • They've released a bajillion worthless DLC's for all their current games
  • They haven't released any great new IPs this gen

They literally were my favorite company for years. What happened?

And THIS is why we can't have nice things.:|

[QUOTE="110million"]

Capcom is the WORST company this gen, 100 billion pieces of DLC, 2 canceled Megaman Projects, are you ****ing serious.

madsnakehhh

Add ruining the DMC franchise and delivering incomplete figthing games to that list.

Add ruining SSFIV with an updated game that breaks SSFIV's near perfect balance

BF2 and BFBC2 play nothing alike. 2142 is different enough to distinguish itself from the other games. If you do indeed own them go play them again and see for yourself.

You clearly haven't spent much time on PC MP. Is that what you've heard from console fanboys?

GOGOGOGURT

Stop denying it. PC multiplayer has been going downhill because of hackers.

Experienced it myself.

No it hasn't. I've never experience hacked servers on PC, and I play predominantly on PC. If you have you need to be smarter about which servers you choose to play on.

I think it generally has more to do with the game itself rather than the system being played on. Generally, I think it goes PC>PSN>XBL; however, I've seen awesome, mature, skilled gamers on certain more technical, less played games like Armored Core on 360, and I've seen massive 12 year old idiots on pc games like Call of Duty 4.

So yeah, it matters more on the game itself, not the platform.

EDIT: Also, I don't know why everyone says that NOBODY on PS3 has mics. You must be playing the wrong games, because even as far back as the early days of PS3 (think early-mid 2007) EVERYONE I played with had mics, in fact we used to go into the PS3 chatrooms before games because at the time not all games had mic support and in no game could you open up the xmb to send a message while in game. Good times.

The PSN base was an overall much better group at the time, as no children had the fancy pants $600 PS3

I don't think I've even played a game from this year yet :?

Though if I had to pick from a game already out this year that I would probably enjoy most it would be Dynasty Warriors 7.
