I use to play this game when I was younger, I'd say around 2 - 3 years ago. It's been bothering me for the past 2 weeks, I've been searching and just can't find it.
Most flash shooting game players might recognise this game, or are familiar with it. It's a game with some cartoon or anime, with a face but his face is plain with no eyes / mouth etc. I remember the intro of the game was 'max games'. There's several rounds, and in the beginning each round you can buy a new weapon from the money you earn from the previous round then you press 'next' and it brings you to the next round. It's PC online flash game, I believe so. Carrying on with the detail, he has messed up hair and is wearing green jacket. There's a version 2 of this game, I believe so I'm not 100% sure. Also, the character was a gangster himself, and was against other gangsters. Some of the villains were cops, some were big guys with guns and tank wheels for their legs, and some were muscely etc.
Hopefully you guys can find it, I really enjoyed it in the past with me and my friends and am hoping to find it again. I'd appreciate if you could help.
