Your argument was "No thanks, I play good games, not this garbage that killed off RPGs." This garbage referring to Fallout 3. We're not even discussing right now whether or not it was garbage. We're addressing the blatantly incorrect statement that the game "killed off RPGs" which is factually incorrect.
An RPG isn't defined by what you personally think an RPG is. There are core elements that make an RPG, and those core elements are in every single game I listed, as well as Fallout 3. There are textbooks on this subject. It is taught in game design programs.
Almostevery word you typed was incorrect. New Vegas doesn't have the same combat. It has iron sights, it has hardcore mode, it has weapon mods, it has ammo types.
