GAMESPOT, it's absolutely wonderful that you show off the work of the skyrim modding community, but the CK has been out for only 2 days. wait a month at least and THEN show what has come up. It's too soon. much much too soon. right now it makes modding look like something silly that doesnt produce great and meaningful things, while in the future it will show off mods that can be almost on par with what beth can do. I hope that you will do another article like this in a few weeks.
am i the only one who was really underwhelmed with the graphics of this game? while the combat, music, lore etc are great and fun, the graphics look really really outdated (great art design aside). wierd that games can still look this... mediocre.

i truly want to get excited but im a PC gamer and the chance of this making it to the PC are lower than 70% so im holding my excitement back. ...but this looks amazing.
i didnt mind this trailer and didnt feel it's too shallow. cuz it's COD danmit. it's a shallow game. i think that even the best trailer ever is not going to make me excited about COD. i've played linear scripted corridor shooters to death and it doesnt interest me any more. been doing the same COD\MOH formula since their inception. i applaud games like FarCry2, STALKER, Prey 2 (hope it's good, but it's blod, no doubt) and Deus EX that take a shooter and add something to it. improve the formula. MW3 may have high octane action but is so 2004...
@ tcplotts - not sure what your problem is but with the balistra u wind it and then a few soldiers come. u fight them. then u wind (aim) the balistra again, then more soldiers come.... u do this for , like, forever, and then the balistra fires. i thought it was in an infinite loop as well until after i killed about 30 men geralt fired the shot.
this game is HARD. just a warning. i love hard games and i hate when games just wont let you lose (like AC, Fable 2\3, GTAIV) and this game is.... brutal. even on MEDIUM. u have to use all the tools the game gives u (combat preperations, signs and a lot of rolling). i wonder what the COMBAT tips in this guide will say. damn, i died a lot in the first few hours..... p.s. im still dying a lot!
the comparison in P2 is redundant. the graphics in P2 are not that great to begin with so of course there wont be much difference. however , even in crysis 2 i didnt see a huge difference to i will gladly contradict myself. buttom line - they all look great. PC has higher tres and mouse. consoles play on your TV on your couch. there's your comparison. personally i play my PC games in my bed on my 42inch TV with my mouse so for me i dont need to compare :P
