I was so ready to pre-order when I thought it was going to be around 450$ but at 600 + shipping + a processor & motherboard upgrade.....no way :|

On a side note, I just got a Gear VR for 100$ and it's an amazing introductory experience which should keep my VR hunger at bay until a reasonable price drop. Anyone with a flagship Samsung phone should definitely consider it.
