The hell with a reboot, there is still unfinished business. Last I remember there were millions of trapped souls still in slavery being farmed to provide a power source for the vile evil machines. I say War against the machines. More than one machine city, more than one matrix and more than one Zion. The fighters of Zion are like the Freeman of Dune, millions of them awaiting the messiah that will lead them to freedom.

The deal breaker was when I found out the franchise still didn't support 21:9 or multi-monitors. I not going to spend $60 only to find out that the highest resolution I can play on my 4K monitor or my Surround setup is 1920x1080 without having the dreaded fisheye effect and sadly reviewers never address this aspect of the game.

Are they supporting Surround, Eyefinity, 4K and 21:9 if not then I'm treating this like I did Advanced Warfare...Pass.

Do the weapons really sound like that? They sound like a auto-BB gun shooting cardboard.

Is there any really good games to look forward to now? Star Citizen? Doom 4 perhaps? I need something to make me feel good about gaming again. I will give this game some time and see what the gaming community has to say after it's been out a few months but right now no. I haven't heard anything about it being hacked day one so that's something I guess. But then again I haven't heard much about the multiplayer aspect at all.

@roganth @tinmann840 Why do you thinks PC sales are below console sales in the first place?

@Kryptonbornson @tinmann840 What is the point in putting multi display ports on "ALL" the newer GPU's if you can't use them? BF3, BF4 both have native support for widescreen and are far superior games when it comes to multiplayer content and game modes. And is it wrong to expect better, to want more instead of more of the same. I run a i7 3770K @4.5Ghz and a GTX 690 but I want "Better". I want constant frame rates in the triple digits and I'm willing to spend to have that kind of performance. I'm more than just a PC Gamer, First and foremost I'm a PC enthusiast who really likes gaming.

@chippiez @tinmann840 No we are advancing with the times. I play @ 5760x1080 on games that have evolved with the changing hardware and times. I can maintain 91 fps at that resolution in BF4, over 100 fps in BF3. If you are content to being confined to one monitor or one resolution then fine. But sooner or later you are going to have to face the facts that the times are changing. And if the 40% decline in pre-orders didn't convince you then nothing will.

Did I miss something in this review? Like any mention of multiplayer options. I guess my hopes of dedicated servers have been dashed to the wind. Worst of all I visited WSGF and the word there is the game does not support 21:9, Surround or eyefinity aspect ratios properly. I guess they are catering to the console market whose hardware can barely sustain 60fps @ 1080p so why bother providing widescreen resolution options for high end PC gamers. Because its almost 2015 and every other AAA title has native support for multi-monitors, that's why. You guys need to get with the program. Right now you are out of touch with the gaming world.

That looks pretty good. Better hit registration and would spring for the Premium.
