umm I know this is a really weird question, but that's why its on off topic. But anyway I am an average cross country runner, and I realized that I can be a better runner if I get these things to put in my shoes for my flat feet. I also realize that I have a very strange walk or gait, when I run or walk my feet point to the right even when I'm standing my feet normally point out to the right. I would like to research this problem to become an even better runner and pursue my dream of one day running amarathon. But I don't know what it is called is their any thing I could search to find out more about this problem? Thank you very much
ok one more question. what if i dont care about the music on my itunes library but only about the music on my ipod do i have to do that or once i plug my ipod in will everything erase?
