I'm not getting it. Way too expensive. I barely play anymore. I mean, I occasionally go on it with a few friends, go 30-2, and pop another game in.

I just got my PS3 two days ago, and many friends told me to purchase the first Uncharted, so I hope to be enjoying that first.
Becausetherearesomanydumb kids just talking crap, it can become extremely annoying. Unless I am playing with my friends, I just disconnect the mic.
Man, that's incredible! Loved the little twist at the end. Thanks for sharing, TC :)manicfoot
Indeed. I needed a nice morning laugh.
Milk: Perfectfor when I need to satisfy my thirst
Blue Kool-Aid:I drink generic Kool-Aid but when I was a kid the blue Mix-Aid (I grew up calling it Kool-Aid.) was always the best.
Root beer: My favorite kind of soda.

3 great drinks. But milk is just the best.
I'm not an atheist, but I've interacted with enough of them to be able to give some of your questions a go:
[QUOTE="danwallacefan"]
1: Why is there something rather than nothing?
GabuEx
Most atheists would probably respond: "By that logic, why is there God rather than nothing?" Atheists probably feel that it is at least equally likely that the universe itself has always existed than that it was created by something else that has always existed.
2: What evidence for theism, if any, do you find most persuasive?
danwallacefan
This will vary by person, so I won't answer it.
3: How do you reconcile your atheism with any ultimate meaning or purpose in life?
danwallacefan
There are two answers you'll probably get: either that there is no ultimate meaning or purpose in life, or that ultimate meaning or purpose in life is something that must be defined by and for each individual person, not universally.
4: Were you raised in a religious environment?
danwallacefan
Some are; some aren't. I'm not sure which is more likely: that someone would be atheist due to having a non-religious environment in his or her childhood, or that someone would be atheist due to having a too religious environment in his or her childhood. I think that might actually be an interesting question to investigate.
5: What is the end-goal of atheist activism on the internet and everywhere else in public life?
danwallacefan
All atheists really want is to get religion out of government and stop having religious descrimination enshrined in public areas. Examples of this might be placing the Ten Commandments in a courtroom, placing "In God We Trust" on money, adding "under God" to the Pledge of Allegiance, or having articles of state constitutions that stipulate that no one who believes in God may hold public office. All of these enshrine in public view the idea that all Americans must believe in God, and I have to say I'm quite sympathetic to atheists who take umbrage with these sorts of things.
I'm Catholic and I am against organized/government religion, and all the God stuff on money. Why are we enforcing religion? And, for instance, I don't think abortion is wrong because it is morally wrong, and against God's will. I believe it is wrong because I find it against the unalienable rights every human has, whomever/whatever they believe created them; those of such are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And I hate how the church says these things are bad, like books that kill "God". I mean, I read for excitment with a good plot. It isn't even real anyway. Who cares?
