@CnConrad@OMGMrTea"...Nintendo has actually sold around 4 million of its original Wii consoles since the launch of the Wii U, meaning that gamers are still much more interested in its years-old model than the current version."

more like mom and dad or grandpa and grandma are getting it for their "gamer" children because unfortunately its the only game console they most likely can afford, and now that Wii U has been out for a while Wiis are at an all time low price. has absolutely nothing to do with "gamers interest" its about what people can afford. which in today's society isn't much!

@N7_Drake my two cents, the Uncharted trilogy alone is worth the price of a ps3. best multiplayer for ps3 and the story modes are always amazing, especially Uncharted 2.

@BillyColeman i would agree. if i had to pick just one honestly i would pick the ps3. however if you can you should have both. so that you can play all their exclusives and you can pick your favorite genres for a preferred system. for example, i personally prefer fps games for xbox, however i prefer tps, action adventures, and rpgs for playstation.

@sirkibble2 that said i really hope these guys prove me wrong! i really do want it to be a solid edition to the dead space series. the franchise has some really great lore and other story elements and has some really intense and memorable scenes. i hope they can be the first to make co-op still as atmospheric as the solo game. three ways i think they could do that is to limit ammo and health (even on easy mode), as well as require players to go through several sections of the game seperately. even then i doubt they would be able to match the tension and scares delivered by the solo experience, but i think that would definitely help them create a nerve wracking co-op game. ether way Dead Space 1 and 2 are and always will be classic survival horror games in their own right. i hope you can afford to pick them up and enjoy the hell out of them. btw i would HIGHLY recommend picking up some surround sound headphones or headset if you dont already have one. there is nothing quite like playing these games with one of those.

@sirkibble2 go pick up the first two, fall in love with them, then realize what an atrocity this is. no doubt it will fun "high intensity action" game, but it seems as though it wont be what made Dead Space, well Dead Space.

it wouldn't bother me so much if the co-op play was limited to like a mode or something( much like Splinter Cell Conviction, and other games) but they should ALWAYS have a isolated, thrilling and atmospheric single player game. not necessary against them using co-op i just wished they had learned what intregrating co-op into the main game does RE 5. speaking of which im starting to question if RE will ever head back into the right direction. it also makes me wonder, since i already know how the majority of the North American and European fanbase felt about RE 5, how did the Japanese fanbase react to RE 5?? if they reacted the same way a majority of us did why doesn't Capcom listen to their fans. just blows my mind!!

@Iamshmee oh yeah, just look at their history. they tend to do tons of remodels. game boy to dsi they have done at least one remodel for every system. GB and GBC. GBA, GBA SP, GBA Micro, DS, DSLite, DSI, DSI XL, 3DS, and then maybe in the near future here 3DSLite!?!?
