During Geoff Keighley’s E3 2017 livestream, Destiny 2 director Luke Smith confirmed that the game will only run at 30 FPS on the upcoming Microsoft console. The confirmation comes just weeks after developer Bungie confirmed that Sony’s own improved games console, the PS4 Pro, isn’t powerful enough to run Destiny 2 at 60 FPS.

So, go back to other threads, do what you have to do to enhance your feeble time and just enjoy the games.

Check out Mark Noseworthy's comments about 30fps and see if you can "read between the lines" and sense the extension of the Destiny 1 timed exclusive arrangement etc which would encompass capping at 30fps to ensure the base version of system is not superseded by an improved model. Protecting the established user base.

On the original elite, you had to end up in witch space to encounter the thargoids. From memory, whilst in hyperspace countdown, you hit x repeatedly to increase the chance of being intercepted. Does this version also have a similar "cheat"? Anyone tried/know?
