Yeah thats who I contacted and have not got an answer.

My problem is that I keep attempting to upgrade my acctount from plus to total access and each time I submit my details and payment info, it tells me my card is expired, which it is not expired until 2009. I tried my other card which also has an expiration of 2009 and the system says that one is expired also. I really want to get this done quickly so I don't lose too much money on pro-rating my account from my current subscription.
