So what should i do, btw im kinda weak right now, i cant do more than 20 pounds:( 

Is this fine for a work out?

1. Run half a mile to 1 mile

2. Do a set of 20 reps with a 10 pound dumbbell, then do a set of 10 reps with a 15 pound dumbbell. These are on curls btw.

3. Leg Press for a bit.

My main goal is to become bigger and stronger. Bigger muscle mass wise.

Mine was when i was like five

I dreamt that i was in an airplane and it tilted to the side and the window was open so i fell out. I fell on some hay(the straws horses eat) and then some dude was coming to eat me. He had a knife and fork in his hand and was walking towards me and i woke up.
