current consoles still have a lot of life in them... especially the PS3... it's sad to see them take the back seat if ever next gens will come out soon, for the sake of business... though for the Wii/Wii U... it's quite considerable.
did shaun mcinnis play some BC2 Multiplayer? i don't think he knows what he's saying... some people do talk about a game they just tried and not having the real experience of leveling it to the max. or some just say a COD game is better and haven't even tried to play BC2. they are great games, especially if you've REALLY PLAYED 'em both... not TRIED. just like some of the half-baked reviews...
i will get both, definitely... SP-wise, i think both games will have good but short campaigns... but it will all boil down to the MP... i will lean towards BF3 if DICE could maintain what they did with BC2 or make it even better... visually, they are both great... but if BF3 will have a party and squad system like what we've experienced in BC2, it's a big plus... also the fact that you can do more things in the Battlefield than in a COD game... i hope MW3 doesn't turn as bad as Black Ops... i was enjoying the game but the connection issues were intolerable.
An old gamer here... started with the Atari... Nintendo Famicom, Sega Genesis, Super Famicom, Panasonic 3DO, Sony Playstation 1, Playstation 2, Playstation Portable, Playstation 3... and i have treasured the memories of all those great games throughout the years.
