I get it. It needs to be a mobile and stationary device. But it simply will NOT compete with the current console sets that are already overshadowing it in terms of raw power.
That being said, with both teams that were previously involved in both the mobile and the console space behind this, there is a chance Nintendo could pull off a miracle.
That being said, Nintendo leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to publisher adoption, future VR advancement, and game selection.
I really hope I'm wrong. I've always loved Nintendo, but this trailer does not inspire confidence that they can right the ship.
While neither Sony nor Microsoft can ignore the PC and what kind of shifts it's causing in the gaming space, I have my doubts that the PS4 pro is going to keep people from switching to a PC. Put it into perspective. If I already had a PS4 and I could afford to upgrade to the pro, what would stop me from either upgrading or building a PC and getting arguably better results? I'm not debating the PC vs. consoles pros and cons but even a person not familiar with or wanting to build a PC would see the benefits of two consoles vs. a moderate update to one. There's a real reason we are seeing refreshes in the console space at a much more frequent pace. I'm curious to see how the console manufacturers will react.
Extra battery life and water proofing are much needed and coveted phone features. I'm glad to see Apple moving in the right direction, but is it enough?
You mean EA is pulling one of the only reasons to purchase one of their games from their own download service? The sole reason to even HAVE a direct download service? I had a passing interest in getting this game but EA really can't help themselves. I would say I'm surprised or disappointed but I know what to expect from them at this point.
"We were guilty of some stuff."
Indeed.
I keep thinking there's got to be a great game out there on Origin that I would want to play but I can't bury my principles deep enough to stomach their horrible anti-gamer tactics and download the client. Truly EA, you are just the worst.
She would have to push a class action saying that Rockstar used the likenesses of every generic blonde, bikini clad, peace symbol brandishing Californian surfer girl. And that she is somehow unique from that entire crowd.
I would be VERY surprised if the game that follows Sun/Moon didn't have some carryover features into pokemon go down the road. I'm interested to see what they integrate.
