hey now go to family or console settings and their something saying m rated games allowed or blocked pick allowed same thing for the unrated stuffceltic20

... I explicitly said that I've tried that, and that it doesnt work, and that wasn't my question.

Me, being the sucker that I am, used my actual date of birth when making my account, but for some reason i cannot download videos or demos that are either unrated or M. This really bites, and i've searched through every option the system has, and they're all telling me that i can download all ratings.

Is there a way to fix this?

only videogames, although a movie i downloaded from xbox had tearing for a few minutes, that went away though. maybe i just have to let the two tracks of video sync up again.

I recently just got an HDTV, and it was working beautifully until this morning, where all the games i play get a break in the picture towards the top of the screen, so that when i turn the camera in the game, the picture above the break moves a little slower or faster than the picture below the break. is there any way to remedy this?
