@ExoticCharm: the game was in closed Alpha for three years with dozens of people raising these issues in the forums. They were all ignored because Epic knows best.

I wrote a huge feedback post like two years ago about how there were too many conflicting systems (durability, ammo, and perks for guns... Wtfh?) and that the game was unnecessarily complicated and had too much bloat and bad f2p mechanics. The response was that closer to release they would cut down the design. They have hardly removed any design bloat from the game the whole time and kept adding and adding and changing fundamental mechanics into utter garbage.

Over the past month, there have been endless threads and conversations about how wrecked the drop rates and F2P design are in the game. Epic scattered like cockroaches in the light any time the pay model or drop rates were mentioned.

@bigbadcrawford: well he has fixed a lot. The software has improved, the exclusives on the Xbone actually look good this season, and the backwards compatibility is coming. Frankly, the Xbone is now worth owning if you were on the fence, or at least will be in November.

I like the PS4 just fine. At this point there is no reason not to get them both if you want to play exclusives.

@mrbojangles25: go ahead and look at what happened to the movies he tried to make himself. How did that Wing Commander movie do at the box office?
