@Kevin-V @shutp Hey Kevin, it's nice to know you get time to read some of these.

Just quickly, I understand where you're coming from. The game's depth is huge as is what happens with 10 years of new content. Even I find it hard to set aside time for EVE nowadays, despite the continuing enjoyment I get from it's seemingly endless gameplay options.

I would suggest though, in the coming months before Dust514's release, firing up a 14 day trial and giving it a quick burl. Maybe just to understand how the game feels, how it plays.

Also, they've recently updated a lot of the sound effects and introduced new scores. I think it'd be a great example of how the audio lanscape really adds to the immersion of the game, and how the developers really want you to feel about the enviornment that you play in. Perfect for these articles.

Again, cheers for the reply also give me a job please. I'm free to join the AU team whenever you'd like.

Hey Kevin Van Ord.... why do you never write about EVE Online, despite the fact that it is the only MMO that has continuously grown in subscribers and is nearing it's 10th anniversary?

We once turned the tv and surround sound as loud as possible and sniped from a high point on a deserty map in multiplayer. If you want to get as close to hearing remarkable sound design as possible. Do this. We were enamoured.
