Hmm, the video card did come with a cable that looked kind of like component cables.. the other end was round though.. kinda reminded me of the old mouses (the part that connected to the computer)
Byshop its not a laptop its a PC, I was just saying my girlfriends laptop has no problem getting sound but it also has an HDMI input directly in it. Mine just has an HDMI-DVI adapter.
Okay, let me clarify I AM getting sound but its coming from the computer speakers across the room. I hooked my TV up to the computer through an HDMI coord that plugs into the DVI input. Basically it goes TV--HDMI Cable--little DVI plug input thing--PC through the DVI plug. Is there any way to get the sound to work? I dont have a place for an HDMI plug to go into like my girlfriends laptop (we can get sound on the TV when we do that). If for some reason you needed to know what kind of video card I have it is a GeForce 260 GTX 893mb.
I was just wondering which one you guys thought was the best, I gotta say after playing Call of Pripyat (Im still not done with it yet) I am VERY impressed. Dont get me wrong I still think SoC and CS were great games but they always felt kind of awkward to me, the map was kind of weird like it felt linear in a way .I didnt really feel like I was part ofthe story or part of a group of people for that matter, in CoP I actually feel like Im apart of something. Voice acting is a big thing too for me, remember the guy who takes you to the small village of zombies to ambush the mercs? I like how he talks to you the whole way, adds a lot more to the experience(for me anyways).
Enough about what I think though, what do yall think? Oh, excuse the bad grammar if there is any I just woke up and like the McDonalds coffee d0uche says"Not till I've had my coffee..".
No, just the one. I just cant get into it for some reason ;[, the story seems to be great but the movement is so awkward for me I cant help but get frustrated. Kinda sucks, I love playing G3 and I heard a lot of great things about G2. I might just suck it up ;P
Are there any patches or mods for the gameplay? It sucks pretty bad. Not the combat, I actually like the combat. I mean moving around, its very very awkward. I have the STEAM version btw.

Does anybody know where the Imperial Gaurd Garrison is in Ebonheart? I cant find it anywhere I'm looking for it for the quest Lords Mail. I ran around the castle for like 30 minutes...its like a maze.
