Video games are great to relieve stress and pass time. I only do this when I have nothing much to do. Other than that, if you feel burned out gaming, then you should take some time off gaming and do other things that won't include gaming. a day or two or three should be ending, depending on how long your break is.

Afterwards, you may decide whether you want to go back gaming again or not.
