@neatfeatguy: Sorry for the super late reply, that sucks to hear that in the "streamlining" of the website they removed so many needed features, and that it seems like they have abandoned full development on the website and that it'll stay basically the way it is. Thanks for your help.

@neatfeatguy: Thanks so much for all the info, I really appreciate it! That's sad to hear that the website has lost so much of it's features and polish, I hope they continue to work on it.

Hey, I'm a new GameSpot user but I'm loving the website so far, but I have some questions, any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. When rating a game, is there any way to select which platform you played it on?

For example, I played Helldivers, Dying Light and Dead Space on PC and Dead Space 2 on Xbox 360, yet they all show different platforms. Helldivers rating for PS4 version, Dying Light for MAC etc, here's a reference image to exactly what I'm saying https://imgur.com/a/o7KuHF2 (I hope I'm allowed to post links).

I tried rating the games on the specific platform GameSpot reviews but they are all linked into one rating for users, and I tried finding games themselves and hoping there'd be a drop down menu for platform or something, but nothing. Is there any way I can do what I'm asking? Or do I just have to accept this is how it is? It triggers my OCD lol.

2. Is there any way to rearrange stacks easily? Or do I have to keep remaking/editing current stacks to get the order I want?

3. Is there any way to make your reviews and stacks private? I'm basically on GameSpot for my own personal ratings/rankings and lists as an easy reference when asked what I think about games etc, or to show my friends.

Thanks in advance! I hope this is the right place to ask these questions, I wasn't sure where exactly to post to get help.

Hi, I've signed up recently and started rating some games but I was hoping I could change the platform I played on when I rate games, is there any way to do so?

Helldivers rating for PS4 version, Dying Light for MAC etc, here's a reference image to exactly what I'm saying https://imgur.com/a/o7KuHF2 (I hope I'm allowed to post links).

Oh, while I'm at it I may as well ask, is there any way to rearrange stacks? Also, can you make your ratings/stacks private?

Thanks in advance! I hope this is the right place to ask these questions, I wasn't sure where exactly to post to get help.

Note: I did find some info about this same problem by searching old threads, but the info is old and in other versions of the website, so maybe something has changed, so I thought I may as well ask here.

Hey, I created my account yesterday because I really want a place to be able to rate and review games for myself, a way to keep track of what I liked and didn't like over a long period of time, a place that I could easily just jump on and check my previous thoughts on games etc.

I left 5 ratings but now it just says "Error while saving." whenever I try to rate something. I assume this is just to limit new accounts from spamming reviews etc, which I understand, but I'm curious, when will I be able to rate/review as much as I like? Does it go up gradually every day? Right now on day 1 I can rate 5 things, will it be 5 every day for a week? a month? Does it go up maybe like 10 next week, then 15 the week after, etc, or is it static? I'm just asking because I want to rate all the games i've played over the last few years and right now being limited sucks haha.

Thanks!
