I recently bought this game at the Playstation Store because I absolutely loved the series when it first came out. I was directed by a Sony agent to download the demo version (496 Mb), then download/install the file I purchased (5Kb), as the purchased file acted like a 'key' to unlock the full game version. So far, so good.

I tried this and then played the game for about five hours. Loved it. Saved because it was way past midnight and had to work, came back to load the game tonight... Only when I load the save file it asked me to make a new character! :( I contacted Sony again, and they told me to come to this site to ask the developer if this was a known error, or if I was a doofus and installed it incorrectly. There was no 'contact us' option here, I found the XSeed site and emailed their support team. In the meantime - has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the issue, and how did you resolve it (assuming you could)? I would love to waste a lot of hours on this series once more, but if I can't even save my progress I won't get very far. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
