Most likely you not gonna fight em all n your first play through since some are optional (bell tower, rat king) or have the way around em (purchaser, the guy on ship). Some are not "boss" but surely can give you hell, like "Forgotten Giants", but there a reason why they are hidden from the normal playthrough. :)
Tell me. If you were to be the person in a charge of an MMO, would you put a monthly fee or not? Take your time to think about your answer. Think about everything it represents. Don't just say yes or no.
