i think there is no best in the world, each has its own unique strength and weakness. I am learning muay thai, i have to say that, its deadly but you can get defeated if there is alot of people attacking you, or someone strong grabbing you. You can use it well to defend yourself and attack back to scared off the opponent
alot of this have to do with state issues, what you focusing on your mind and your physical body. You can change it and feel good anytime you want. Check tony robbins, google for more info. You can read the book - awaken the giant within for self enrichment. Hope this helps.
