Finished BS in Electrical Engineering in 2010 going to start MS in Electrical Engineering in Fall 2011
Which university should I choose for Masters in Electrical Engineering?
My choices are: Clemson university (fully funded-deferred from last fall semester ) won't have to spend much in terms of money if I decide to go to this university and University of Pennsylvania (given, it's an Ivy League University and all that) but this place is too freakin expensive and costs somewhere in the vicinity of 60k $ which converts to about 2.7 million rupees in my currency which is a lot of money(for me) . Now everyone I know is giving me grief for even thinking about this. People seem to be sold on Upenn , I'm still on the fence partially because I'l be deep in debt if I decide to go.
What do you guys think I should do??
Any help is appreciated :)
PS: About the same time last year I was faced with a similar dilemma of choosing between Clemson(fully funded) and Virginia Tech (unfunded)—I decided to work for a year and put the masters plan on hold . Managed to defer the Clemson admit but couldn't do so for Virginia Tech

why would anyone watch steams on the internet ?? and why the hell would it be illegal ?
now if you are referring to streaming videos it depends if its something like say netflix or hulu then its legal. If it isnt authorised then its illegal. Simple
sometimes, i'm afraid to go to sleep because of what i'll dream.
and other times, i'm like WTF how do i come up with this crap!?!?
like last night for instance, i had a dream that Hillary Clinton punished me, so i invented macaroni and cheese but out of CHOCOLATE and I was going to make millions from it.

yes, making millions that must be very scary
what with getting paper cuts from counting all that dough :o
You have to realise that cases like Bill Gates' tend to be an exception rather than a rule. For every one case like Bill Gates there are probably thousands of other college drop-outs that havent really succeeded at accomplishing anything in lifeThere has not been demonstrated any relationship, correlated or otherwise, in between income and education attainment. Case in point: Bill Gates!!
