Could some of you give me some easy tips on how to play this game? I've tried to play Sim City 4 over and over again and I just can't keep people in my town. The town has power and plenty of water. What am I doing wrong?

The strangest thing is I tried to connect last week and I starting downloading the check mii out channel. It started downloading and then just stopped right in the middle of the download. That's the closest I've been able to connect in weeks. I'll keep trying.

I can vote. I can send and receive messages. I can send and receive mii's. I can see the weather and the news. But for some reason I can't shop. I keep hitting 'try again' but it never connects. Is anyone else having this problem?
