Haha. Very true. The only way to play most of these games 4 player co op is with one game and system for each person (both xbox and ps3)

I play online but sometimes it's fun to just have a few buddies over and go offline. You can do splitscreen on MW2 but 4 player is deathmatch.

My friends and I have been playing MW2 spec op missions and Nazi Zombies on WAW and wondered why there aren't games with 4 player split screen offline or a campaign mode for 4 players offline anymore. Even L4D doesn't have this unless you go online. This is one reason why I enjoy PC gaming with games such as Counterstrike or l4d - but there aren't many if any where the story mode is 4 player (I'm not talking about Marvel ultimate alliance )

What are some games you'd like to see with 4 player splitscreen in the tradition of GoldenEye and other previous games?

Hard decision really but I'll take FFVII over Persona 3. Haven't played 4 so can't comment on that.

FFVII got back onto RPG's after a lull for a few seasons. True the game was overrated but I enjoyed it very much. And it's hard to compare two different gen games. How about FFX vs Persona 3/4?
