I turn power switch "ON". Touch start button. Screen comes up saying "system did not shut down properly" (then it told me how to shut it down properly). When trying to shut it down I just get a flashing Green Light. Screen goes black after a little while, but Green Light keeps flashing and seems to freeze there. I then hold start button down for 2 sec and force a shut down. Try to start it again and get the same message. Help, please.
