Good article but I think the current system of "moral choice" in video games is good enough for entertainment. If you want to make it so complex that the game takes into account every decision the gamer makes then the game will be very large... and it might even be boring. Harvesting or Rescuing the little sisters was fun, doesn't matter that the actual outcome in the game story ends up being almost the same.
