I'd say as a shooter it's fairly flawed, but story and atmosphere go a long way to making this a good game. I think it's overrated, but not in a "this game is terrible" way. It's a solid AA game.
1. This game is marketed for kids. It's for the Wii, which is for kids. It can be bought at a store with money. Kids have money.
2. It is ultra violent and bloody.
3. The main character is killing people because he wants to have sex. This teaches children that they should want sex and that they should kill people to have sex.
4. This game teaches people realistic motion of killing people. How many children who play this game will start impaling people with swords after doing a suplex? Not good!
I don't think that starcraft 2 won't be a great game, I just haven't seen anything that's made me say "wow, this is so great it should be obvious, but no one's done it quite like this before"
