Hard question as none really stood out for me. Spirit Tracks so far maybe?

The original Golden Sun is my favorite GBA game, 2nd game wasn't as great but I hope Dark Dawn is awesome.

Then there's Okamiden, Okami was my favorite game of 2006.

It will probably be a three-way battle between these, if they turn out to be good that is.
