Hmm....thanks for the help guys..I would really hope that I am just sore or strained. I also have another question, is it okay to continue doing workouts that involves the biceps even though it's sore?
If you dont lift weights much at all, it could be just soreness. I'd try a good icepack, and if the pain persists seek medical attention.TheGTAvaccine

Actually, my parents told me that after I told them about that. They also said to just walk it off..lol maybe i really should jsut walk it off while looking like some kind of primate since i can't straighen my arm. I guess i'll try an ice pack tonight, thanks; I've completely forgot about ice packs lol
I was doing bicep curls 2 days ago after noticing that I'm weaker than before. AFter I took shower, I noticed that I couldn't straighten my arm without pain in my bicep area.(There is also resistance when I try to straighten my arm) Also, if i force my arm to stay straight for a couple of minutes, there wouldn't be any pain or resistance when straightening or bending my elbow; but if I let my elbow be bent for a couple of minutes and if i try to straighten them, the pain and resistance would come back. In case if you're wonder why im posting this on a gaming foruming, I frequently see threads about wieght lifting and body bodying here. I tried to describe my situation, but if you want further details, please ask because I want to know if there is something wrong with me or if this is normal.
I'd also recommend Gantz; I'm not too sure about the anime since I didn't watch the anime but the manga kicked ass. Also, Fate/Stay Night is good...the anime is alright, but the visual novel is better.

I don't know...You will probably be alive longer than I will. Earth's population is supposed to reach ten million or so in a few years, so if you do make it until then, you are going to witness some drastic changes to the way everyone lives.

Just bought the silver PSP slim daxter package and loving it. Since I dont trust the scores gamespot gave to psp games, I want you guys to tell me which games are must-buys. I already bought Crisis Core so can u cross that out of the list :P I'm open to all genre's so fire away.
