@Tha_Masta_D: I'm not sure what you're problem is but whatever. You haven't provided any counter point other than to attack the source I used. As I said Wikipedia is not a good resource for an academic discussion but this is a discussion about a video game. Have fun arguing if you want but I really don't care.

@Tha_Masta_D: Wikipedia is a poor source for anything academic but for something as stupid as arguing over which came first the chicken or the egg it works fine.

@LordCrisp: The games have choices you can make that have an impact on the story unlike games like final fantasy. I think I would prefer to experience the story through a video game where I could interact with rather than simply watch the story. Has nothing to do with whether or not the game is based on a book.

@rolento25: Missed my point. What was fun for me was how the story was interactive in the video game. I would rather play the game and experience the story that way. Whether or not the story is based on a book doesn't mean anything.

Smart ass.

As much as I want it RIGHT NOW I'm willing to wait if it's the same quality as Stick of Truth.

@sdzald: The thing for me is that games like the witcher are a very interactive experience. You can choose different dialogue options or make different choices about how the game proceeds. It would be different if it were something like final fantasy which has a set story that you can't change.

Is there anything they're not gonna make into a show? Somehow I feel like this wouldn't be fun to watch. I'd rather play the game than watch it.
