How many times are they going to reset this game to try and squeeze every little drop out? Get on to 6. Online mode sucks. I play games to get away from people not to find their virtual versions online. Takes too long for new versions of this and Red Dead. I hope I see at least one more new version of each before I expire. Not looking good though. Why don’t they just hire twice as many people. Make twice as many games. Make twice as much money. Meanwhile, Russia is attempting to start Wold War III - Special Nuclear Edition. ☢️

@csward

Red Dead Redemption is the greatest game ever created. L.A. Noire looked really good but was pointless. No fun.

How could you possibly be "surprised" by the fact Rockstar will make a new RDR sequel with it being just about the greatest video game ever created? lol When a company makes $75,000,000 on a video game, chances are they will attempt to duplicate that feat.

I tell myself every year that they're not getting my $60 this year but, there I was today, like an idiot robot trading in last year's dud and plunking down the difference to buy NCAA 13. You're review Tom was just about spot on. I just pray that at some point in my remaining lifetime that someone wrenches the license away from that corporate monster and creates an actual video football game. The last time the franchise was good was the last few versions on the PS2. Since it's moved to the PS3, it's been awful every year. But, you know what, as long as dumb asses like me keep giving them millions of our hard earned dollars every year, this terrible trend will continue. They don't have to make it better. Just enough to have something new for marketing purposes. This year, it's that Heisman nonsense. Next year, it will be something even more stupid. While they've had some nice ideas (online franchise for instance), the stuff never plays out. I sometimes wonder if my standards are too high but I know there was a time when I was fully engulfed in playing NCAA Football. I think it was 08 on the PS2. It had 1AA schools, off-season drills to make your player better, etc. If they went back and played that version, they could get some great ideas for future versions on this platform but those arrogant SOBs won't. The in-game ticker giving updates of other games is the closest yet they've come to getting back to that type of game. Long overdue and I suspect it will be riddled with bugs as every other feature they've tried to add has been. I also believe the developers are hindered by the new platforms. I don't know how it could be possible but I suspect the parameters they are required to work under affects what they can add because things are so spread out now, one little chance affects so many other aspects of the game. Does that make sense. Sorry. I'm still in the fog of disappointment but I was pretty sure it was going to be this way. Yet, they still got my money. Not next year...FU EA.
